Jiwon is a PhD candidate at Emory University’s Department of Political science. Her substantive/regional research interests are human rights, foreign policy, and the Israel-Palestine conflict. She is also interested in media bias, event data, measurement, and text-as-data. Jiwon received her BA in Political Science and English from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea.
