Emily Pijanowski is a third-year at Suffolk University Law School with a concentration in international law. In 2013, she graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Political Science. Emily began assisting with the Political Terror Scale during the summer of 2015 while she was interning at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in Lund, Sweden. An editor on Suffolk Law’s “Bearing Witness: A Journal on Law and Social Responsibility,” Emily is interested in human rights advocacy with a focus on institutional mechanisms and access to justice in international criminal law.
